In the footsteps of Young Franc

The "Cabernet Franc" grape variety comes from the Bordeaux region in France and is the parent of another variety known in our lands - Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Franc is understatedly elegant and requires a bit more care in the vineyard and in the cellar, as well as a fairly precise hand to produce a beautiful wine.

"Young FranC" (a pun on the name of the grape variety, which is pronounced without the "K", but spelled with it: Cabernet FranC) became a kind of sensation at the largest exhibition for Bulgarian wines - DiVino Taste - in November 2022 in the city of Sofia.

"Young Franc" is a young wine from the 2022 vintage, and the grape harvest for it was in the middle of September. The first look at the glass reveals an attractive ruby color that sets the stage for something playful and somewhat crazy. Its intense fruity nose, with hints of blackcurrant and red pepper, is fascinating, and the lack of contact with an oak barrel, emphasizes even more the freshness and spirit of the wine.

"Young Frank" is an emblem of the urban man who seeks freshness but also harmony. To the discoverer who is not afraid to experiment.

Young Frank is not just wine. He is "one of us."
